1. Current Free Access Model

As of the effective date of this policy, all quizzes, explanations, and articles on Quiz Maker AI are available free of charge. No payment is required to access the platform's core educational features. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly with adequate notice.

2. Paid Services (If Applicable)

If Quiz Maker AI introduces paid services, subscriptions, or premium features in the future, the following refund conditions will apply unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase:

2.1 Digital Products and Subscriptions

• Refund requests for digital subscriptions must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are available only if the paid content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded. "Substantially accessed" means consuming more than 20% of the subscribed content.
• Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service if a subscription has been active and used.

2.2 One-Time Purchases

• One-time digital purchases (e.g., downloadable quiz packs, PDF resources) are eligible for refunds within 5 calendar days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded or accessed.
• Once digital content has been delivered and accessed, no refund will be issued unless the content contains material errors that render it unusable.

2.3 Defective or Misrepresented Content

If paid content is materially defective, inaccessible due to technical error on our part, or substantially misrepresented in its description, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of access status. Please contact us within 14 days of discovery.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of account access and potential reporting to payment processors. We are committed to resolving legitimate disputes directly and promptly.

Quiz Maker AI provides educational content only. We make no guarantees about learning outcomes, skill development, or any professional or academic result from using the platform. Dissatisfaction with personal study results does not constitute grounds for a refund under this policy.
